I want to thank Steven Roggeman for helping me out in a tough bind. My AC was not working and I thought I was going to need a whole new system in place because I had gotten it serviced by another company and that is what they had told me. That there was no life left in the system and very frankly we were not prepared to spend that kind of money. So I called Roggeman AC and the same day Steven came over and explained that the outside unit still had life in it and there were a couple things he could do to make it cool again. He explained what I would need to do to extend the life of the system and then explained that the size of the system was to low. I will be prepared in a couple years to change the system and I will not hesitate as to who I am calling to replace the system. I am calling Roggeman, were honest hard working people give honest quotes and aren't really looking to make money of you. They treat you like family!!!-Maria S.
